The 11 promoters comprise the board and they confine their roles to deciding the policy and direction of the company. The day to day operations of the company is managed by a team of qualified professionals with expertise in textile and management

Asokan has the legal and administrative acumen to guide the management of Indiefab with the right policies, direction and organizational structure
